The Pilot FriXion is an exceptional gel pen with erasable, thermosensitive ink. The softly colored ink can be erased cleanly and easily with the built-in eraser. The barrel is designed to be as practical as possible, with a slightly tapered profile, a comfortable rubber grip section and an off-white color scheme. The FriXion pens use a special thermosensitive ink that becomes invisible when rubbed with the built-in eraser. The ink disappears cleanly without using up the eraser and without leaving dust or streaks. The ink also disappears when exposed to other sources of heat or friction. Like magic ink, FriXion ink reappears when placed in the freezer or otherwise exposed to temperatures below -10° C.
