Hobonichi Techo 2022 Planner A6 Liberty Fabrics: Poppy Forest set

Hobonich Techo Planner 2022 set with cover "Liberty Fabrics: Poppy Forest" (english)

The extremely thin Tomoe River paper with 52gsm enables a 448-page daily calendar with a handy thickness of only 14mm. The robust thread binding allows the calendar to be opened flat so that double-sided writing is not an issue. Despite the thin material, the Tomoe River paper is characterized by high opacity, which greatly minimizes the shining through on the back page. The paper is not just suitable for pencil and ballpoint pens, but also amazingly ink-compatible. The overall high quality ensures that the daily calendar can be archived for decades to come even after a year of continuous use and can therefore be browsed again and again.

With different monthly overviews, the calendar offers one page per day with sufficient space for appointments and notes. Please note that the planner is printed in English and the marked holidays apply only to Japan.

The cover made of high-quality polyester creates a robust feeling. The two pen loops also serve as a lock to prevent accidental opening. The cover features also two bookmarks, one with a triangular and one with a square tag in the cover material, in order to differentiate the current position in the daily calendar and monthly calendar. In addition, the inside of the cover has several compartments and slots for cards and notes.

About Liberty Fabrics
Liberty Fabrics is a fabric brand from England. Founded in 1875 by Arthur Lasenby Liberty (1843-1917), who discovered the beauty of Japanese art during a World’s Fair in London in the 19th century.
The company originated as a small import shop with oriental ornaments and fabrics. The delicate silk and intricate hand-dyed art were praised by followers of the Aesthetic Movement, and in the 1880s, Liberty began printing high-quality cotton textiles as a way to recreate sturdy versions of the delicate Eastern silks.
In the 1920s, Liberty developed their original “Tana Lawn” cotton material, which looks and feels like silk and has a lightweight structure that allows it to drape beautifully. Liberty has created intricate prints bursting with color and complex designs ever since.
